760M – to najnowszy pojazd spalinowy, produkowany przez Pesę dla operatorów kolejowych obszaru 1520 mm. Jesteśmy przekonani, że Kolej Białoruska, która jako pierwsza zakupiła te pojazdy, jak również inne koleje tego obszaru docenią jakość i komfort pojazdów 760M. Pojazd spełnia wszystkie normy, przewidziane na danym obszarze, posiada certyfikat zgodności z Regulaminem Technicznym TR TS 001/2011.

4 collision scenarios

The safety of operators and passengers on Pesa 760M vehicles is ensured by the special design of the driver’s cab and features designed to minimise the effects of a potential collision. The reinforced cab cage, whose construction is made of the highest-quality steel, guarantees the driver’s safety. During a collision, the collision force is first absorbed by the coupling and the key role is played by energy absorbers which, in addition to absorbing the energy, also prevent the vehicles from climbing on top of each other. In the second phase, the crash energy is absorbed by the so-called honey comb – a block of specially shaped aluminium elements. A scraper mounted underneath the cabin prevents any elements from getting under the wheels of the vehicle. Pesa vehicles comply with the EN 15227 standard in four collision scenarios – collision with a vehicle of the same weight, a freight wagon, a truck and a passenger vehicle.

Interregional business class vehicle

The 760M is a diesel, low-floor 6-car trainset for business class inter-regional services. It has 1st and 2nd class compartments. It is air-conditioned, equipped with vacuum toilets (including those for invalids), wheelchair spaces, and shelves for large luggage. Comfortable seats in both classes ensure a safe and comfortable journey and are equipped with sockets for connecting computer equipment and mobile phones. Wi-Fi internet access is available in the vehicles. Luggage racks, passenger information system monitors are installed in each compartment. In addition, information is provided via a public address system.
