Experienced manager who has been associated with ORLEN Group since 2010, most recently as President of Unipetrol, a company operating on the Czech market, previously managing, among others, Orlen Południe and the company's refinery production. He started his professional career in Canada, managing operational areas of such companies as PLASTICS CANADA, IPEX and CAN-USA EMI. After returning to Poland, he was responsible for the conception, creation and running of the DDD company - a joint production and distribution platform of the EMI, SONY and Universal concerns. Afterwards, he was CEO of UPS Poland for 7 years and then CEO of PEKAES SA for almost 5 years. Since January, he has been CEO of Pesa Bydgoszcz SA. He is a manager with international experience in remodelling and creating growth strategies for medium and large companies. In the plants he has managed, he has been responsible not only for planning changes or building organisational structures, but also for the long-term implementation of these plans and the operational management of their implementation. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Warsaw and of the Management Leadership School /Boston, USA/ and Humber Colleague, Ryerson Polytechnic University /Toronto, Canada/.
