Recruitment process

The recruitment process at PESA Bydgoszcz SA is carried out in several steps:

Step one
It is up to you, to reply to the selected offer or send us your CV at: praca@pesa.pl.

Step two
Our recruiters analyse all the applications sent to us, however, they select those that best match the requirements for the position. After selecting the applications, we contact the selected group of candidates by telephone to find out more about their motivation and the information contained in their CVs.

Step three
which is a meeting at our company headquarters. The meeting will be attended by the recruiter and a representative of the department for which the recruitment is dedicated. During the meeting you will be asked about your work experience, education and qualifications. You can also expect a practical test in the given area (reading technical drawings, excel test, language tests).
The interview is also a great opportunity for you to get to know us and our company, so prepare the questions you would like to ask us!

Step four
Which is.
Congratulations! – you have just joined the PESA Bydgoszcz SA team.
However, if we decide not to make you a job offer this time, we will make sure that everyone who took the time to meet us at our company will receive feedback from us.
