He is a manager throughout his career associated with Pesa Bydgoszcz. He specialises in planning and managing production processes. He also has extensive experience in logistics, purchasing processes, quality control and occupational health and safety. He started his cooperation with Pesa Bydgoszcz from the position of a diesel traction vehicle mechanic, later he was, among others, a production master, a manager of the planning and production plants and of the production department. Currently, he is a Member of the Management Board, Production Director.
